Details Itinerary

Day : 01 Bangalore

On arrival AT Banaglore transfer to hotel .Check in at your hotel .During the day, go to see the landmarks of Bangalore like Lal bag , Vidhan Soudha, Tipu Sultan's palace and the Bull temple which is one of the oldest temples of India built in 16th century. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day :02 Banagalore ~ Mysore ( 140 km )

After breakfast proceed to Mysore and check into your hotel. During the Afternoon visit Chamundi Hill, which gives you a great view of the city. On your way up, stop at the large monolithic statue of Nandi, Shivas bull, and the City Palace (walled palace) which is a huge extravaganza built by an Englishman in 1897. The palace was built for the 24th Maharaja and his family, who still live in a small section of the Palace. After visiting the Palace, move on to the Royal Art Museum, which houses various Indian paintings commissioned over the years, pieces of furniture used in the Palace, musical instruments used by the Royal family and many souvenirs gifted to the Maharaja's family. Evening proceed to Brindavan Garden. Overnight stay at Mysore

Day : 03 Mysore ~ Ooty ( 170 km)

After breakfast and check out, proceed to Ooty. Ooty is a colonial tea station way up in the Nilgri hills where you will find picturesque thatched cottage and even a statue of Queen Victoria! This is a real Jewel. Spend the Night in Ooty.

Day 04 Ooty

After breakfast proceed to the see the sights of Ooty like the Lake, the Garden and more. Spend the night in Ooty.

Day 05 Ooty - Kodaikanal ( 300 kms)

After breakfast proceed journey on to Kodaikanal. Check into your hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 06 Kodaikanal

After breakfast, see the sights of Kodai like the lake , Bryant Park, coakers walk, Pine forest, Devil's Kitchen , Pillar Rock and see the Green valley. Spend the night in Kodaikanal

Day 7: Kodaikanal - Madurai (120 kms)

After breakfast travel to Madurai and check in at your hotel. The ancient city of Madurai is over 2600 years old and is laid out at the banks of the river Vaigai like a lotus flower, with the Meenakshi temple in the centre. During the afternoon visit the city and Meenakshi temple. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 08: Madurai- Rameshwaram ( 170 kms)

After breakfast, proceed to Rameshwaram, the most sacred temple town of India. It is an island hallowed by the epic Ramayana, where Lord Rama visited the town before leaving to battle in Srilanka. Legend has it that Lord Rama sent Hanuman to Mount Kailash to bring a Lingam for worship after defeating Ravana. As Hanuman did not return when the auspicious hour was approaching, Sita made a sand Lingam so that worship could be performed in time. This is where the Ramanatha Swamy Temple currently stands, close to sea on the eastern side of the island. One of the twelve Jyotirlingam shrines here, is also well known for its magnificent corridors and the massive sculptured pillars lining them. Spend the night at Rameshwram .

Day 09: Rameshwaram - -Kanyakumari (310 kms)

After breakfast drive to Kanyakumari . Check into your hotel. Spend the night at Maduari.

Day 10: Kanyakumari

Kanayakumari, is the land's end of India, where the water of the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal, and the Indian Ocean meet. It is an important pilgrim destination for India. It is famous for the Amman Temples, which are a symbol of unity and sanctity, dedicated to the virgin Goddess, Kanya Kumari. To its South-East lies the famous Vivekananda Rock Memorial, dedicated to Indian Saint Vivekananda, who meditated on this very rock before he proceeded to the west, to propagate Hinduism, where it was perceived to be a barbaric religion. There is also is a recently erected memorial of Thiruvalluvar, a Tamil saint who had written the Thirukkural, containing 1330 verses for better living for every human. Enjoy an evening view the sunset at the southern most tip of India, where the 3 seas meet (Namely Indian Ocean in the south, Arabian sea in the west and Bay of Bengal in the east). Spend the night at hotel.

Day 11: Kanyakumari- Kovalam (90 kms)

After breakfast proceed to Kovalam, enroute visit Suchindram &Padmanabapuram Palace,. Check in to your hotel. During the afternoon, take a walk at Kovalam beach. Spend the night at Kovalam.

Day 12: Trivandrum - Back to home

Post breakfast transfer to airport to catch your connecting flight back home. Our services end here.
